Side walks torn up. Room smelled bad no fresh air. No fruit for the breakfast

The room was old, the carpet was torn. It was suppose to be a nonsmoking room and you could tell there had been smoking in the room. There was no hair dryer in the room. The bed was uneven and very uncomfortable. We asked for an extra pillow and it could not be made available until the next day.
